Sitting here crying. Not because I am sad but because I’m blessed. Today I was reminded just how fortunate I am. Today an overwhelming amount of kindness was shown to me. I have so many people in my life who believe in me, believe in what I am trying to do, and want me not to quit. Multiple people today lifted some weight off my shoulders and gave me a little more strength to keep going.

The "I Can B'more" Challenge
IT IS OFFICIAL. I am a PROUD sponsor of the Baltimore Dance Crews Project Urban Dance Concert.
and now, I challenge the community. I have donated $500 of my own money. If our COMMUNITY of friends and family can raise $1,000 by 26 APR 2013, I will match your donations with an additional $500!
This is only a portion of what is needed to make this concert happen, so any support is always appreciated. Even if it is just a dollar at a time. I have so much faith in our community, and these kids are our future leaders. Let’s take care of them.
Scroll down on the link to make monetary donations. At a minimum, I ask that you share this page and link. That is a great start. However, if you really want to show your support - BE ABOUT IT. Put yourself into this worthy cause, and sacrifice more than just your time. Let’s face it - we are really investing into our community and children.
Success is measured by our contributions to society. Acknowledging this fact, groups like the Baltimore Dance Crews Project are becoming essential institutions that promote the forward movement of our future generations. We need more leaders like Brian Gerardo and Cynthia Chavez.
